The balance is due 6 weeks before the commencement of the holiday – in the event of non-payment the accommodation will be re-let. The full amount is payable if the occupation date is less than 6 weeks from the date of booking. Cancellations 21 days notice from date of occupation – full refund minus deposit. Less than 21 days, 50% refund minus deposit, if we can re-let for the dates booked. Suggest insurance cover be taken out in the event of a cancellation. Arrival and Departure Times Check in time 16.30 – 18.30 Departure time – no later than 11.00hrs Properties are normally only available from 4.30 p.m. on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 11. 00 a.m. on the day of departure. However we appreciate this can sometimes cause difficulties and in these circumstances we will try to accommodate your requirements as best we can.
